Agnes

Hello, my name is Agnes. I like playing with my friends and dolls. My best food is posho and beans. When I grow up, I want to be a teacher.

History

Agnes is one of the vulnerable children in the community living with her parents and brothers; Daniel and Elvis. Agnes’ family stays in a one room mud hut. Agnes’ parents are subsistence farmers that earn a low income and they are unable to meet the basic needs of their family. Your support will change Agnes’ life and help her family.

Agnes, like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Agnes to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with text books and have her exam fees covered.She will also receive a healthy school lunch each day. Your monthly sponsorship also ensures that if required, Agnes will receive medical care. More importantly, Agnes will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
