Hello, my name is Aisha. I like playing with dolls. At school I like to color pictures and my favorite color is red. I enjoy eating rice and meat. If I were to pick my favorite animal itwould be the goat. I would like to be a teacher when I grow up.
History:
Aisha lives with her single mother, brother Moses and her elderly grandfather. There are 5 other grandchildren living in this home. Aisha’s mother has a mental health illness and is unable to work and earn an income. Grandfather works as a cleaner and earns a small income to support the entire family. Your support through child sponsorship will change Aisha’s life and help her family.
Aisha like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Aisha to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have her exam fees covered. She will eat a healthy school lunch each day and if required she will receive medical care. More importantly, Aisha will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
