Hello, my name is Dalton. My favourite colour is red and my favourite animal is a goat. I love running and colouring as an activity in class. I like to eat chicken and matooke (green banana). When I grow up, I want to become a shop keeper.
History:
Dalton is a vulnerable child living with his grandmother, who also has caring responsibilities for her sons: David and Godfrey and another grandchild: Layiya. Dalton’s mother is a subsistence farmer in their rural village. The family struggles to provide the basic needs for the children in their care. Your support through child sponsorship will change Dalton’s life as well as his entire family.
Dalton, like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Dalton to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with text books and have his exam fees covered. He will also receive a healthy school lunch each day. Your monthly sponsorship also ensures that if required, Dalton will receive medical care. More importantly, Dalton will receive an education which gives him hope for a brighter future.
