Hello, my name is Edwin. I like playing football with my friends. I enjoy eating rice and meat. At school, I like shading pictures and learning the alphabet and my favorite colour is orange. If I were to pick my favorite animal, it would be a goat. When I grow up, I would like to be a doctor.
History
Edwin lives with his parents and brother Brian in a one roomed grass thatched hut. His parents are subsistence farmers growing for home consumption. This family struggles to provide basic needs and cannot afford school fees for their children. Your support through child sponsorship will change Edwin’s life and help his family.
Edwin like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Edwin to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have his exam fees covered. He will also receive a healthy school lunch each day and if required he will receive medical care. More importantly, Edwin will receive an education which gives him hope for a brighter future.
