History
Hellen Tendo is a vulnerable child living with her partially deaf father, her brother Erinest and their widowed grandfather. Her mother has a mental health disorder and cannot live with the family. Hellen Tendo’s father does odd jobs and grandfather sells bananas at the market. Your support through child sponsorship will change Hellen Tendo’s life & help her family.
Hellen Tendo like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Hellen Tendo to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have her exam fees covered. She will eat a healthy school lunch each day and if required she will receive medical care. More importantly, Hellen Tendo will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
