Hello, my name is Jeremiah. I enjoy playing soccer and colouring pictures. My favourite animal is the cow. I like to eat matooke (green banana) and chicken. Yellow is my favourite colour and I would like to become a farmer when I grow up.
History:
Jeremiah is a vulnerable child living with his single father and his sister Claire. His dad also has caring responsibilities for extended family. They live in a one roomed house. His father is a labourer, off-loading goods from trucks in a local market. He earns a very small income. Your support through sponsorship will change Jeremiah’s life and help his entire family. Jeremiah, like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Jeremiah to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with text books and have his exam fees covered. He will also receive a healthy school lunch each day. Your monthly sponsorship also ensures that if required, Jeremiah will receive medical care. More importantly, Jeremiah will receive an education which gives him hope for a brighter future.
