Hello, my name is Joseph. My favourite animal is the goat. I like playing soccer with my friends. I enjoy eating rice, posho and meat. At school I like to draw and colour pictures and my best colour is blue. I want to become a teacher when I grow up.
History
Joseph lives with his mother and sister, Phionah. They live in a single roomed house in Kasubi. Joseph’s mother does laundry to earn a living but earns very little. She struggles to provide for her family’s basic needs and cannot afford school fees. Your support through child sponsorship will help change Joseph’s life and help the entire family.
Joseph like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Joseph to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have his exam fees covered. He will also receive a healthy school lunch each day and if required he will receive medical care. More importantly, Joseph will receive an education which gives him hope for a brighter future.
