Hello, my name is Nassan. My favourite animal is the cat. I like playing with toy cars. My favourite food is sweet bananas and groundnuts. At school I like to learn counting and green is my favourite colour. I want to become a policeman when I grow up.
History
Nassan lives with his mother and his sister Deborah in a single roomed house. Nassan’s mother cooks and sells fried cassava on the roadside which earns her very small income. She struggles to provide for her family’s basic needs. Your support through child sponsorship will change Nassan’s life and help his entire family.
Nassan like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Nassan to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have his exam fees covered. He will also receive a healthy school lunch each day and if required he will receive medical care. More importantly, Nassan will receive an education which gives him hope for a brighter future.
