Hello, my name is Promise. My favourite animal is a cow. I love to play hide and seek with my friends. I enjoy eating raw bananas and beans. At school I like to count numbers and my favourite colour is orange.
History
Promise lives with her mother and siblings. She has one sister, Mary and one brother, Ronald. They live in a one roomed house. Her mother sells charcoal and groceries at a roadside stall to earn a living. She struggles to meet the basic needs of the family due to her low income. Your support through child sponsorship will change Promise’s life and help the entire family.
Promise like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Promise to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have her exam fees covered. She will eat a healthy school lunch each day and if required she will receive medical care. More importantly, Promise will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
