Hello, my name is Rashida. I like the colour yellow and the cow is my favourite animal. I love eating posho and beans. I enjoy playing with dolls and rope skipping with my sister Rahma. I want to be a nurse when I grow up.
History
Rashida lives with her single mother, Sarah, and she has a sister called Rahma. They live in a small one roomed house. Sarah sells fruits like jackfruit along the road side in the evenings to earn a small income. The family cannot afford school fees. Your support will bring hope to Rashida and help her family.

Rashida, like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly support will enable Rashida to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with texts books, have her exam fees covered and receive a healthy school lunch each day. Your monthly sponsorship also ensures that if required, Rashida will receive medical care. Most importantly, Rashida will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
