Hello, my name is Rautha. My favourite animal is a cat. I like playing with teddy bears and I like the colour red. I enjoy eating rice and beans. At school I like to draw pictures. I want to become a doctor when I grow up.
History
Rautha lives with her single mother and 3 brothers, Rajab, Francis and Raphael. They share a single roomed house. Rautha’s mother sells groceries at Kasubi market to earn a living. Due to inadequate financial income, she is unable to provide for their basic needs. Your support through child sponsorship will change Rautha’s life and family.
Rautha like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Rautha to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have her exam fees covered. She will eat a healthy school lunch each day and if required she will receive medical care. More importantly, Rautha will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
