Hello, my name is Stephanie and I love reading and playing netball with my friends. I like listening to the stories my mother tells me. My favourite food is beans and rice, and my favourite animal is a pig. When I grow up, I want to be a teacher.
History
Stephanie is a vulnerable child living with her single mother in a one room mud hut. Stephanie’s mum is a subsistence farmer earning a very low income and cannot meet their basic needs including school fees for Stephanie. Your support will help change the life of Stephanie’s family.
Stephanie, like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Stephanie to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with text books and have her exam fees covered.She will also receive a healthy school lunch each day. Your monthly sponsorship also ensures that if required, Stephanie will receive medical care. More importantly, Stephanie will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
