Hello, my name is Vivian. I like playing dodge ball with my friends. I enjoy eating posho and meat. At school, I like counting numbers and my favorite colour is yellow. If I were to pick my favorite animal, it would be a cat. When I grow up I would like to be a teacher.
History
Vivian lives with her parents and 3 sisters in a grass thatched hut. Her parents have no permanent job since they did not attain any education. They are subsistence farmers growing for home use. They struggle to provide for their children’s basic needs and cannot afford school fees. Your support through child sponsorship will change Vivian’s life and help her family.
Vivian like so many children in Uganda, lives in extreme poverty. Your monthly contribution will enable Vivian to attend school, be fitted with a uniform, supplied with textbooks and have her exam fees covered. She will eat a healthy school lunch each day and if required she will receive medical care. More importantly, Vivian will receive an education which gives her hope for a brighter future.
